Most merchandise are returnable for a refund if it meets the following...
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained within 10 days from when merchandise was received
- Unpacked package with manufacturer's original shrinkwrapping and/or seals are intact
- All merchandise accessories and/or manuals are included
Re-Stocking Fees on Returns/Refunds. Product returns are subject to review.
Those not covered on the return policy are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure merchandise shipments are handled
with care, however damage can occur during shipping. Please inspect your shipment
upon receipt. If any external damage is noticed, refuse or accept the shipment only
after the driver/handler has noted the damage on both his and your copies of the
delivery receipt.
If upon opening a carton you discover concealed damage, please contact us
right away to arrange for an inspection.

Defective merchandise are subject to the warranty terms of the manufacturer. It may
be exchanged with prior approval from the manufacturer.

Merchandise not authorized for return include...
- Custom or special orders
- Not in re-saleable condition (e.g. incomplete accessories, opened packaging)
- Discontinued products *** marked as such on web site
